The "eurodns" site that Kevin referred to does show the standard "kr" as
the code for South Korea, not "ko".

I'm not aware of any irregular ccTLD codes other than "uk", but I
haven't done an exhaustive search, so for all I know there may be some.
".com", ".net", ".edu", and so forth are in a league of their own, of
course.
