No worries, I was just pointing out that a lot of it was outside the scope
of Office, thats all. :-)

When I say that, I am talking about snipping a bit of your text to avoid
quoting the entire post. It is in no way turning up my nose or snubbing
feedback.

I do not know enough about the spelling or the grammar checkers to say for
sure, I was just saying (as a mere user of the functionality) that I only
ever recall seeing
capitalization-type corrections in the grammar checker

I am aware that dead keys have been around for a long time, believe me. I am
saying that the US-International keyboard has very wide usage outside of
Dutch and that the features desired by any one language must be tempered by
concern for usability in the others.

And I am aware of many usability concerns from users on the very issue of
dead keys.
