Re: Unicode Normalization on MS-Windows

Hi Mark,

Do you know the situation on UNIX systems such as Solaris, HP-UX and
especially the IBM AIX, when I set the environment to a UTF-8 locale
(setenv LANG xxx_xx.utf8) do they handle the normalization by
default?
