Hi,
there were a couple more bugs to fix and a few things to
improve. Please visit:

to download the hopefully final prerelease of 0.9.6.
The following things were fixed:
- removing notes rendered the remaining notes of an user inaccessible
if she did not have any references in the same database.
- _GNU_SOURCE was added to the defines used for the compilation. This
fixes the long long maximum value definition errors seen on a few
platforms.
- leftovers of the cgi template code were removed from refdbd which
may have caused memory corruption.
- the configure script and the driver files for the TEI P4 stylesheets
were fixed to work with the latest TEI stylesheets (5.2.9).
Please let me know if you find any problems. I plan to release this
code after I've updated the documentation.
