I think because I misunderstood what the config option was actually
doing. If that's the case, sorry!
But, the practical issue I thing I was trying to get at is that,
whatever you do, it should be easy for administrators to later change
paths to stylesheets.
Hopefully, even if we're back where we started, at least we learned
something or other along the way ...
