File .spec to generate doxygen RPMs

Hi,
Here is the doxygen.spec file which I used to successfully generate
doxygen-1.3rc3 source & Intel binary RPMs under RedHat 7.x (I think that it
should work for 8.0, too).
Please, could you include this file in your source distribution? I got no
time to mantain a Web site with updated RPMs...
