How many times must I say that czech.sty from CSTeX will shaddow
czech.sty from Babel. The Babel czech.sty is still present but not used.

PS! If you update your MiKTeX it's not necessary to edit miktex.ini and
formats.ini anymore - my bug report has been resolved.
