as I have a printer that cannot print recto-verso automatically, I

I can only create other PDF files of the form "from page a to page b" but not
of the form "the even-number pages ".
Are there any tools to do this ?

No need to generate a separate pdf, the functionality is built into the
standard printing system.

In the print sheet, choose "Paper handling" from the third popup menu
(the first one is labeld "printer", the second "presets", and the last
one has no title).

Here you can pick odd or even or all.
