i-installer download problems

Hi

The last few days I get results like

http://tug.org/i-packages/ImageMagick.ii2/ImageMagick.1.tar.bz2 
download (8.6 MB) has failed: Don't know how to load URL 
http://tug.org/i-packages/ImageMagick.ii2/ImageMagick.1.tar.bz2

when I am trying to download.  What causes this ?  Should I just
change to another server ?
