I'm trying to use babel to typeset some documents in Spanish. TeX/TeXShop reports "Warning: No hyphenation patterns were loaded for the language `Spanish' I will use the patterns loaded for \language=0 instead."

How does one get hyphenation patterns for Spanish?

And what about spell checking?
