vertical spacing: TeXShop

Hi,
	would someone know how to change the spacing _between_ lines in 
TeXShop? I prefer a larger font on my powerbook since (despite 
antialiasing) its a bit tiring compared to a CRT. But a larger font 
seems to clutter things up, making things hard to read. So, is it 
possible to change spacing between lines?
