Subject: Re: Changing the default behavior when an extension is busy....
Add the module "Call Waiting" and then go under general settings and it will
appear as *70 and *71 by default.  Some phones will intercept the * and use
it for internal stuff so you may have to do like I do for my Grandstream
GXP-2000's and change it to 70* and 71* (under General Settings).
