Check FOP homepage www.asternic.org regarding configuration.
It is fairly simple. FOP is a Flash app. that communicates with the FOP
server running on the asterisk box.
When you see the leds flashing, either the FOP app is not
communicating/authenticating with the FOP server, the FOP server is not
running, or the FOP server is not communicating/authenticating with the
Asterisk server.
