It takes too many time to call the agents in the queues: msg#00217

Subject: It takes too many time to call the agents in the queues
I did a menu using digital receptionist and it works pretty well, but when a 
user choose an option and have to get drive to a queue, it takes about 2 
minutes to call the agents in the queue.

Anybody can give me and advice to start my research for a solution?
