FreePBX 2.1 Beta -- IVR Module Update Fails

I have successfully installed the latest version of FreePBX.  The only issue is that I cannot update the IVR Module.

After clicking the Update button the following error occurs:

ALTER TABLE ivr ADD COLUMN dircontext VARCHAR ( 50 ) DEFAULT "default" [nativecode=1146 ** Table '
asterisk.ivr' doesn't exist]

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
