We have bought some Thomson (Alcatel) ST2020 and ST2030 few weeks ago.
The last is a great phone: modern design, high quality build and the
audio is very good.
Perhaps, the best phone we have tried with a cheap price (in Europe at
€120+VAT). The future firmware will support also BLF (10 speed dial).
We have in our office many phones, Grandstream BT100 series, GXP2000s,
Snoms and other made-in-china, but now that i tried the ST2030 i suggest
to buy it.

Do yourself and your client a huge favor and do not sell them the
Grandstreams. I have had to pull them from virtually all installed systems
now. My favorite phone is the Linksys SPA941/SPA942. It is great quality,
sounds great, and simply works. I have a SNOM320 in the office for eval and
we have not had a single problem with it either, but for the price, I would
stick with the Linksys phone. The Polycom 501 is an excellent phone as well
but is more difficult to setup initially.
