I’ve got a couple of issues.
Does anyone know if the record a call on demand is working
yet within AMP? Is there anything special I need to do to set it up?
Also there is an issue within AMP when you set a limit to
the amount of calls that can go through a trunk. Say I have a outgoing route
and the first preference trunk on the route has a concurrent call limit of 1.
Once a call is going through that trunk and a second call is made to go through
the trunk it gives a busy signal it doesn’t actually go to the second
preference on the route. Is there a way to make it move sequentially through
the trunks as the call limit on that trunk has been reached?
