No. I did not do that. Currently on my router my external public IP address is forwarding ALL traffic to my internal IP address.

Hi,

I am Using AMP and have created two SIP trunks. Both are working fine to
make outbound calls, but when someone dials the number for inbound, I get
Broadvoice voice mail and call never comes to my AMP. Broadvoice
troubleshooted the problem and everything works fine if you use a softphone
bypassing my AMP. In short they told me the problem is configuration
settings in my AMP. I started to debug sip and got the following. I am new
to AMP so I will appreciate your help.

Is Asterisk behind a router? Is it using NAT? Do you have localnet and
externip configured in sip.conf? Do you have UDP 5060-5061, and
10,000-20,000 forwarded to the server?
-Kerry
