Depends what you mean by "menu". If you mean an IVR/DR then you can
target a DID (if getting on PRI) to a different menu in Inbound Routing.
If you have two (2) zap lines and want to do the same it can be done
through custom-contexts - I think the solution to that has been posted
before to amportal-users mailing list or the Help forum.
