It appears that your "/var/lib/asterisk/bin" directory is missing, or is
missing files. It should received a copy of /usr/src/AMP/amp_conf/bin/*
Can you check this?

If you run the install_amp script again, it should attempt to pick up
where it left off (upgrading from 008 to 009beta1).
