Hangup problem in queue: msg#00166

Subject: Hangup problem in queue
Hi all!

I've been making some tests with AMP and now I creating the "real thing",
the machine to be installed in company. I have several probs but this one is
anoying because I've tried everything.

I have a * machine with AMP with TDM400 one FXO two FXS, the call comes in
and is redirected to a queue at this point if the caller hangs up I get the
PSTN line where this call came from "stuck" and the extension 100 on the FXS
keeps ringing until I answer this extension and then hangup.

Most of the times if a person hangs up while the "waiting music" of the
queue starts even if the person hangs the line is still took by the * and if
someone else call gets a busy signal.

Is there some way to avoid this ... the line being stuck? (Only one way to
unlock remove phone cable on the FXO and insert again.)
