You need to make sure the blindxfer and atxfer (if you want to do attended transfers) have featuremap definitions in features.conf in /etc/asterisk. You can set it to # or you can set it to *1, *2, whatever you'd like really. Then restart Asterisk to make sure this is read.
AMP by default adds the "t" option to dialed extensions which allows the callee to to transfer the calls, so you should be in good shape once you've verified the above configuration.
