Re: IAX2 call quality outbound

Sorry,   all the drop outs are heard on the far end only.  They sound 
fine locally on
Asterisk.   ADSL 1.5/256 with some local servers, static IP,  but 
servers and Asterisk
behind NAT.    The only difference is which end starts the call.
