Excellent guide, I look forward to trying it out.

Have you ever looked at running Postgres for this install? A guy I
talked with recently is very conservative, liked Debian, and said no
way when I mentioned MySQL (for right or wrong).

I cut my teeth on mysql... so I am more familiar with it. I know postgres
well enough to get by ... but still learning.

Plus amp is still primarily mysql although that will soon change... to be a
bit more db independent (note: I could be wrong... it may already be there)
