RE: debian install

The asterisk docs plainly state that the version to use is mpg123 0.59r and
specifically suggest against using mpg321.  They even went so far as to put
a check in the build and distribute an addition with the Makefile to build
the appropriate version.

So, I went with that.

Which problem exists with mpg123? License problems? What about the 
mpg321 that is included in debian? Doesn't that work?
