So I need to set up every extension? In which format? Let's say we have 
the phone numbers from 0815/4711-0 until 0815/4711-99 (we do not have a 
handful MSNs but can use any number below the 4711)

So do I use as DID Number for extension "20" the 471120 or the 20?
