if you use bristuff your isdn-lines become zap-channels. and zap 
configuration can be done with amp

set up your did-routes (inbound routing) with your msns

set in zap/g0 trunk and outbound routing your dial roules to 0|.
we always dial the complete number, including local prefix.
in other european countries its no longer possible to dial the local 
number without prefix (f.e. switzerland since 2005).
