Okay, _that_ problem doesn't exist anymore. For the archieve: I went to
http://www.stadt-pforzheim.de/asterisk/ and downloaded the file that is
available behind the "download"-link.
Then you need to extract it and to add a file
/etc/asteris/sip_custom.conf with the content:
language=de
That's all!
