Anybody can advice me how to make pickup work in AMP 1.10.008?

Hi,

 

   I installed AMP 1.10.008 and it works well except the pickup feature. The feature does not work With *8# or add "callpickup=*80" into features.conf. Can anybody help me out? Other related questions are:

   1.The type of phone: shall I use any special phone, is Xlite ok for this feature?

   2.When the called party is ringing, should I only dial *8 to pickup the call, or I should follow the number of called party after *8.
