Subject: Re: Incomplete phone call

Thanks, I fixed it. I added canreinvite=no to the sip.conf and altered localnet=192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0 to include both instead of just the one where the server was located.

Can anyone give me some direction on this problem?

I have two offices connected via point to point T1(private).

Is this a voice or data T1?

The asterisk server is at location 1. When phone 1 from location 1 calls phone 2 at location 2 using an extension setup in asterisk the call is one sided. Meaning one person can talk and the other person can only hear.

Which side is which? If phone 1 calls 2, can 2 hear 1 or vice-versa? And if 2 calls 1, who can hear?
