Incomplete phone call

Can anyone give me some direction on this problem?

I have two offices connected via point to point T1(private). The 
asterisk server is at location 1. When phone 1 from location 1 calls 
phone 2 at location 2 using an extension setup in asterisk the call is 
one sided. Meaning one person can talk and the other person can only hear.

Now when phone 1 calls phone 2 using the IP address, the call is 
perfect. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks
