Re: "Cannot connect to Asterisk Manager (13)"

hi, what version of php do you have installed incidently.  I get this error on 
FC4 which has php5 installed.  I'm guess it is a unix socket permissions 
problem - but that is only a guess at the moment.

i've taken that code that that is located approximately on lines 2306 through 
to 2340 and put it into a text file on the local filesystem to run it from 
the prompt.  On execution of this code from the console, there is no problem 
whatsoever of connecting to asterisk.  I'm not from an administration 
background so i'm pointing the finger at apache/php permissions.

i'm running php5 (and pear), asterisk cvs, and the manager.conf file is set up 
correctly.

have you fixed it?  (if so, how would i go about fixing it too)

if not would you like me to share how to fix it if i discover the problem?
