no idea, however, if you have php5 installed i'd be guessing it's something to 
do with unix socket permissions at this stage.
i was told via the mailing list to read the UPGRADE doc if it was.

to check which version of php you have just do an:
rpm -qa | grep php      in case you didn't know.
