problems upgrading amp 1.008 to 1.009: msg#00161

Subject: problems upgrading amp 1.008 to 1.009

Make sure your /etc/amportal.conf has the manager user name and
password correct and that the /etc/asterisk/manager.conf has the
correct port number, bind address, etc. and that amportal is started
before doing the upgrade.
