I have been having a similar issue with amp 1.0.7 on all of the servers that we have built so far. I get this in the CLI "Connect attempt from '127.0.0.1' unable to authenticate" and this a the bottom of the page "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stream_set_timeout() in /var/www/html/admin/footer.php on line 34" The changes will not apply unless I restart the Amp service on some changes or do a reload on asterisk.
