Yeah, there's a doc for it, but you have to unzip/untar AMP to see it. 
Actually, I'm betting five bucks you have it already in your current 
version of AMP. Look in the directory where you unpacked AMP and see if 
there's an UPGRADE file. I know the last few versions have always 
included it along with a script that fixes perms and handles the actual 
upgrade process.
