What is the best way to setup an operator extension in the
current AMP build. (So if a customer presses 0 in voicemail it rings to the
receptionist) thanks

Are the any tutorials on installing AMP on SUSE 9X
I'm not aware of any.
A few things off the top of my head...
PHP4 requires several additional packages to be installed, i.e.:
php4-session
php4-gd
php4-gettext
php4-pear
Ensure that /etc/php.ini has (for PEAR):
include_path = "/usr/share/php"
Ensure that these packages are installed:
zlib-devel (for CDR)
apache2-mod-php4
apache2-mod-perl
For the apache modules ensure that they are Enabled under:
Network Services -> HTTP Server -> Modules

Re: One more stupid Question.
Just edit your digital receptionist menu, add another key option, then make 0 dial a certain extension.

Call Forward Logic.
I have an interesting problem I was wondering if anybody
else is running into, when I call forward a line (*72) instead of the caller-id
of the person calling being forwarded it is the masking number of the trunk
that the call terminates through. Is there a way to separate this
behavior?
Thanks
Chris
