software for "analog phone -> voip" gateway

Hello,

I'm about to buy two VoIP hardware card such as QuickNet PhoneJack but
before buying them I'd like to be sure I'll be able to use them to
satisfy my necessities.

I've got to setup two machines that route phone calls from a standard
analog phone through VoIP to another phone connected in the same way
(the phone is connected only to the gateway and will only be used for
this kind of call):

analog                                              analog
phone   --- VoIPgw1  *** internet *** VoIPgw2 ---   phone

(the company has two different offices and only call between them are
routed over VoIP, other calls go through standard phone lines)

This scenario can be easily setup using ohphone or similar softwares and
calls can be initiated specifying directly other user's ip address (in
this case the gw address). 

The problem with the software approach is that the user must interact
with it but I want him to interact only with the analog phone.
That's why I decided to buy two PhoneJack cards. Ohphone works also
with PhoneJack and analog phone (read dmtf and let the phone ring) but
it is always an interactive program and I've got to run it on a gateway
with which nobody interacts. I also looked at Pstngw but I don't think
it suits my needs.

What I'm not able to understand is which is the right software to run on
the gateway machines. Have you got any suggestion?
