wxxrc is in wxWindows/contrib/src/xrc

there is a dsp there.

i have compiled & built Opal/OpenPhone on winXP/vc6, but it crashes 
after a few seconds of voice (call & connect ok).

note - did you get a link error about missing debug info for one of the 
libs (opal debug dll) ? (i did, & fixed it)

this is with wxWindows 2.4.2, Opal 2.1beta0, PWLib 1.8.3
