About chair-control conference

I have anthor question. when a terminal become the chair, if other terminals send indication requestforfloor and mcu send floorrequested indincation to the chair,my question is if the chair make one of those terminals transmint multimedia stream, which indication or command does it send ? If the chair wants to terminate somebody's speaking,how to do?
