No. As far I as can tell, this OpenH323 code is correct: if ((*header & 2) && !(*header & 1)) means if INTRA and NO MOTION VECTOR Note: this is in network byte order. Please send me a trace (see method in other email) and I will take a look when I get the time. In the mean time, Damien has committed to CVS a temporary change to always use the full decoder.
