openh323 error part 1

I have FreeBSD 4.10-RELEASE (GENERIC) #0: Tue May 25 22:47:12 GMT 2004

Tryed to compile PWLIB & OPENH323 from ports and got error in pwlib,
something about pthreads. Then found in mailing list about adding USE_GCC=
3.4 in Makefile. After that PWLIB compiled sucsessfully, but now I receive
error while compiling OPENH323:

server# cd /usr/ports/net/openh323
server# make install

Then I tryed to compile OPENH323 Pandora release by myself with this
enviroment:
PWLIBDIR=/usr/ports/devel/pwlib/work/pwlib
OPENH323DIR=/root/openh323
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/ports/devel/pwlib/work/pwlib/lib:/root/openh323/lib

Then:
cd /root/openh323
./configure ---> ok
gmake optnoshared ---> error:

...a lot of errors...

Tryed with gcc-3.4.4 - the same result.
