To all,

  Those of you who track the OpenH323 CVS will notice that I have
checked in a whole stack of changes mostly to do with the options to
configure for both OpenH323 and PWLib. There are now many, many more
options, and all options should now work correctly when used as either
"--enable-feature" or "--disable-feature"). Hopefully I got them all
right :) Note that I've tested Linux but not Windows - that will be done
tomorrow.

  Both OpenH323 and PWLib configure will also accept the option
"--enable-minsize" which will automatically select the set of features
which is the smallest set needed to support basic H.323 calls. This set
can be supplemented using additional flags, such as (for PWLib):

    ./configure --enable-minsize --enable-expat

The full set of PWlib and OpenH323 configure options are listed below.
I'll be looking to add the same options to OPAL soon.

OpenH323:

  --enable-minsize        minimise the size of the lib by disabling
least used options
  --disable-asntracing    disable ASN tracing
  --disable-audio         disable audio codecs
  --enable-embeddedgsm    embed GSM codec via static linking
  --disable-video         disable video functions
  --enable-rfc2190avcodec   set directory for H263 using
RFC2190-compatible ffmpeg
  --enable-h263avcodec     enable search for H.263 using
non-RFC2190-compatible ffmpeg
  --enable-vich263        enable search for H.263 using VIC
  --disable-transnexusosp disable support for the Transnexus OSP toolkit
  --disable-t38           disable T.38
  --disable-h248          enable H.248
  --disable-h450          disable H.450
  --disable-h460          disable H.460
  --disable-h501          disable H.501
  --disable-t120          disable T.120
  --disable-ixj           disable Quicknet card support

PWLib:

  --enable-minsize        minimise the size of the lib by disabling
least used options
  --enable-internalregex  force internal regex library
  --enable-plugins        enable plugin support
  --disable-resolver      disable DNS resolver support
  --disable-sasl          disable SASL support
  --disable-openldap      disable OpenLDAP support
  --disable-openssl       disable OpenSSL support
  --disable-expat         disable XML support
  --disable-vxml          disable VXML support
  --disable-jabber        disable Jabber support
  --disable-xmlrpc        disable XMLRPC support
  --disable-tts           disable Text-ToSpeech support (default
disabled)
  --disable-ipv6          disable IPV6 support
  --disable-qos           disable QOS support
  --disable-sdl           disable SDL support
  --disable-video         disable video device support
  --enable-v4l            enable V4L video support
  --enable-v4l2           enable V4L2 video support
  --enable-bsdvideo       enable BSD video support
  --enable-avc            enable IEEE1394/AVC video support
  --enable-dc             enable IEEE1394/DC video support
  --enable-shm-video      enable shared memory video devices
  --disable-asn           disable ASN decoding/encoding support
  --disable-stun          disable STUN protocol support
  --disable-pipechan      disable pipechannel support
  --disable-dtmf          disable DTMF protocol support
  --disable-wavfile       disable WAVFILE support
  --disable-socks         disable SOCKS protocol support
  --disable-ftp           disable FTP support
  --disable-snmp          disable SNMP protocol support
