Windows build problem update

        Ok I re-read the windows build instructions and discovered that, oh 
yeah, you have to build PWLIB first.

        I guess from the pwlib build instructions that Console is the first 
part of pwlib to build? It won't build. It appears that
devstudio is running configure.exe as part of the build process and that 
configure is unable to find something it needs.

        I am attempting to debug configure, but if someone knows how to set 
this up, I would appreciate some help.
