Suggested link for Apache in 7.0 branches

Hello

Since the one and only version of apache in http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/ 
is 2.2.9 while the one required by apache.desc in t2 7.0 is 2.2.8, I suggest 
you to change the URL in apache.desc [D] section from 
http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/ to http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/ 
where 2.2.8 still lives.
