I prefer just a single patch named like gcc$shortver.patch for
compiler fixes. I combined them to a single gcc43.patch.

Committed revision 30205.

Built for me with glibc, the limit.h related error is likely uclibc
specific. As the 3G connection to my reference builder is a little
laggy, I'll take a look in a uclibc test build, hopefully tomorrow.
