Various Patches

Hi,

 

Please find attached the patch files I promised some time ago.

 

php.patch = Fixes a problem with the phar file.

Linuxigd.patch = New package (untested)

Openntpd = Added init scripts, added _ntp user & group.

Madwifi.patch = Updated to a later revision,  removed kernel-change.patch.

Hostapd.patch = Added madwifi support (Probably could be implemented better (SED?)) (still needs init scripts, these are on my TODO list)
