Hi, yeah, the not T2 related, but original configure scripts in the various package sources check for different things - thus one package configure might complain about something few other packages check and care about. Usually one can get a clue from the config.log those configure scripts write out, and on T2 build usually resists in src.$pkg.<uuid>.../.../config.log, or sub-directories if the package contains multiple configures to be run (like gcc, openoffice and other huge packages).
