You apparnetly have local changes and edited the linux26.desc to
use the 2.6.21 tarball and additionally the 2.6.21 patch:

`/TOOLCHAIN/src.linux26.minx.20080718.050505.28332.T2Builder/archdir/linux-2.6.21.tar.bz2'
 -> `/TOOLCHAIN/download/mirror/l/linux-2.6.21.tar.bz2'
`/TOOLCHAIN/src.linux26.minx.20080718.050505.28332.T2Builder/archdir/patch-2.6.21.bz2'
 -> `/TOOLCHAIN/download/mirror/p/patch-2.6.21.bz2'

So after unpacking the linux kernel tarball the 2.6.21 changes
are tried to be applied, again.

Either remove the patch from the linux26.desc [D] tag (if you
want to have 2.6.21) or change the patch line to download and
apply some incremental 2.6.21.x patch.
