Packaged program beep

Hi,

My (legacy) custom application relies on a program called beep. It is written
by Johnathan Nightingale and lives at http://www.johnath.com/beep/.

The program prods a terminal in a way that the PC speaker makes different
noises and is used for notification purposes called from shell scripts.

The sourcecode consists of a single C file plus manpage.

I could not find that program in the T2 package list, it may be part of a
bigger package, in that case please forget this posting at this point.

I have packaged beep for T2. It is close to trivial but still I have only
tested it on one architecture and one target, but with several builds and
re-builds.
